The Website provides two ways to purchase Goods: “Bid” through a live auction or “Buy Now” at a fixed price.
The “Bid” option allows users to participate in a live, open auction. Bids and current bidding activity are visible to participating users, allowing bidders to see when another bid exceeds their current bid. Each new bid must meet or exceed the applicable minimum bid requirement. Bids are binding and may not be withdrawn or reduced once submitted. The Goods will generally be awarded to the highest qualifying bidder when the auction ends, subject to verification and acceptance by West One Auto Sales LLC.
The “Buy Now” option allows a user to purchase the Goods immediately at the fixed price displayed on the Website. By selecting “Buy Now” and completing the required purchase process, the user agrees to purchase the Goods at the stated price, subject to the terms of the applicable Purchase Agreement.
Purchase Requirements
Before completing a purchase, the Buyer must sign the applicable Purchase Agreement and any other required documents and provide a valid government-issued identification document when requested. Ownership and title documents, where applicable, will be issued only in the name of the purchasing Buyer and may not be transferred or assigned to another person or entity by West One Auto Sales LLC.
International Purchases
For international purchases, the Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining all required export and import documentation and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, and other charges related to the shipment and importation of the Goods into the destination country.
Buyer pick-up from West One Auto Sales LLC is not available unless expressly authorized in writing. West One Auto Sales LLC does not facilitate direct contact between Buyers and its partners. Purchased Goods within the United States will be delivered through West One Auto Sales LLC's designated transportation services.
Domestic Delivery: Delivery within the United States is charged at a rate of $0.80 per mile, calculated based on the applicable delivery distance.
International Export: International delivery may be arranged upon request. Buyers outside the United States must obtain a shipping quote before completing the purchase. The Buyer is solely responsible for all applicable export/import duties, customs charges, taxes, and documentation required by the destination country.
Seller represents that it is the lawful owner of the Goods and that, upon transfer, the Goods will be free of known liens, encumbrances, and third-party claims.
Title Release: Title and other applicable ownership documents will be provided by West One Auto Sales LLC together with the Goods upon delivery, following receipt of full payment.
Duplicate Title: If an original title is lost or misplaced after delivery, the Buyer may request assistance from West One Auto Sales LLC in obtaining a duplicate title. A $150 USD processing fee may apply.
The Buyer is solely responsible for registering the Goods, where applicable, and for all related registration, title, licensing, inspection, DMV, and governmental fees required in the Buyer's jurisdiction. The Buyer is also responsible for completing any required ownership or registration process within the applicable legal timeframe.
Registration and titling requirements may vary by state and jurisdiction. West One Auto Sales LLC makes no representation or warranty that the Goods will qualify for registration or licensing in the Buyer's jurisdiction. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable requirements, including title, emissions, safety, inspection, and other state or local regulations before completing the purchase.
Buyers are encouraged to contact their local DMV or other applicable governmental authority to confirm the requirements for registering or legally operating the Goods in their jurisdiction.
West One Auto Sales LLC provides a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this section. This guarantee is not a warranty and does not represent that any Goods are free from defects or that future mechanical or operational issues will not occur.
This guarantee applies only to verified cases of a material discrepancy between the condition of the Goods represented at the time of sale and their actual condition upon delivery.
West One Auto Sales LLC will determine the eligibility, validity, and resolution of any claim based on available documentation, inspection records, supporting evidence, and verification findings.
10.1 Definition of Material Discrepancy
A “material discrepancy” means a verifiable condition that:
Subjective dissatisfaction, cosmetic variations, normal wear and tear, or conditions reasonably consistent with the age, mileage, condition, or stated grade of the Goods do not constitute a material discrepancy.
10.2 Guarantee Period
The guarantee period is limited to thirty (30) calendar days beginning on the date the Goods are confirmed as delivered.
Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration under this guarantee.
10.3 Initial Inspection and Usage Conditions
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the Goods within the first five (5) business days.
During this period, the Goods may be used only for reasonable inspection and evaluation, subject to the following:

10.4 Reporting Requirements

No additional warranties, express or implied, apply unless expressly provided in writing by West One Auto Sales LLC.
All purchases are generally final, and bids and “Buy Now” transactions become binding once confirmed. Refunds or cancellations may be available only in the circumstances described below or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Title Not Received: If a title is not received, Buyer may request a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, provided the Goods are returned in the same condition as delivered.
Material Misrepresentation: If the actual condition of the Goods materially differs from the description provided at the time of sale, the Buyer may submit a written claim with reasonable supporting evidence. If the discrepancy is verified, West One Auto Sales LLC may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a partial refund, repair at no cost to the Buyer, or return of the Goods for a full refund, subject to the applicable terms of the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Non-Delivery: If West One Auto Sales LLC does not deliver the Goods within the estimated delivery date, excluding delays caused by a Force Majeure Event, the Buyer may request cancellation and a full refund of amounts paid.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method within forty-eight (48) hours after approval, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.
No Refunds For: Refunds are not generally available solely because of buyer's remorse, a change of mind, inability to register or use the Goods in the Buyer's jurisdiction, or failure to perform reasonable due diligence before purchase.

West One Auto Sales LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless West One Auto Sales LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Users accessing the Website from outside the United States do so at their own discretion and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdiction. By using the Website or entering into a transaction through it, you acknowledge and agree that such transaction shall be deemed to take place in the State of Idaho, United States, regardless of the user's physical location at the time of the transaction.

During the continuation of such an event, West One Auto Sales LLC's affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event and until performance becomes reasonably practicable.
